“Once I started looking into education as a career path, I began to realize I had been training to become an educator for most of my life,” shared Courtney Kooistra, who teaches math at the Mosaic School.
Dave Rautmann, Physical Education Teacher
Dave Rautmann’s love of teaching began when he was a teen-ager. He taught swim lessons when he was 16 and began coaching youth swim programs at age 18. This fall, he will teach physical education at Mosaic, A2 and Jackson.
Advisory and Guided Discipline Training
Advisory training and guided discipline training for staff at IDEAS Academy and The Mosaic School was conducted on-site Aug. 15-17 and Aug. 22-24.
